Like most people who have joined YAT, I was very unconfident, I disliked myself and was very unhappy. YAT changed that, gave me opportunities and experiences I never would have had without it, and I would probably be neck deep in counselling had it not been for the support of the members.
The best part of YAT is that what you learn from it, you can pass onto other people, whether it's life skills or performance related advice.
